Our 3D printed part of the week is an ingenious design, by our expert Evan, for a prototype of a new temperature-controlled bioreactor that combines what would have been thousands of structures into a single built part.
Without Figure 4 3D printing it would be a complex assembly of many different parts, taking weeks to assemble and test for leaks.
additive it takes a few hours to print. See below for some more facts about this build:
- What is the build size? 18.54 cm tall and 5cm in diameter
- How long does it take to
- Design: 7 Hours
- Print: 3.5 Hours
- Post process: 30 minutes
